Level One Program

Level One Course, 8 weeks long, 3 class workouts a week and one weightlifting 101 class a week. It starts with an assessment week to check skill level and cardio capacity and focuses on basic weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio over the course of the program.

BURN is a fitness methodology based on the core principles of CrossFit, HIIT, and traditional Strength and Conditioning programs. Classes are team-oriented to develop social connections, build a passionate fitness community, and encourage participants to push one another.
